Executive Director, Myranda Agnew
Mike Augustine
The President and CEO of Frontier Community Credit Union, a role he has held since 2015 after joining the organization in 2011. With more than 30 years of banking experience across community banks, large commercial institutions, and credit unions, Mike brings deep expertise in lending, particularly in supporting credit-challenged individuals. He is a strong advocate for the credit union philosophy of people helping people and is actively involved in state and federal advocacy, as well as volunteer service at the local, state, and national levels.
Joe Wilson
An IT professional and local business owner dedicated to strengthening families and communities throughout Leavenworth County. As the owner of SorWil Technology Solutions, he partners with organizations to enhance the reliability, security, and efficiency of their technology, allowing them to stay focused on their mission and the people they serve. Joe is deeply committed to civic engagement and believes organizations like United Way are essential to building a stronger, more connected community for all.
Justin Crutchfield
A proud University of Saint Mary alumni and serves as the Alumni Relations Manager, where he leads alumni engagement, reunion programming, and strategic giving initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology and brings extensive experience in event planning, community engagement, and program management. Justin is passionate about strengthening alumni connections and advancing the mission of the University of Saint Mary.
Derek Wohlgemuth
Derek Wohlgemuth joined the United Way board in 2018 and served as the Campaign Chair for the
2020-2021 season. He is also a Past Board Chair and the current Chair of the Nominating
Committee.
Derek is a Vice President of Exchange Bank & Trust and is the Branch Manager at their Lansing
Branch.
Derek’s other community involvement includes being the Board Chair of the Leavenworth-Lansing
Chamber of Commerce and a Past President of the Rotary Club of Leavenworth.
He and his wife, Marcey, keep busy with their twin daughters, Falyn & Paisley.
Mary Mack
Office Manager for the Leavenworth County Development Corporation and United Way board member since 2013, Mary has a Master's Degree in Organizational Management, and Bachelor's Degree in Criminal/Social Justice. She holds board positions on several community organizations including the Council on Aging and Community Development Advisory Group through the City of Leavenworth. She has served as the United Way's Chair as well as Campaign Chair while continuing to serve on the board. For her community involvement, she has received several awards which include the Chamber of Commerce President's and Humanitarian of the Year Awards.
